Chicken Wrangler is a short game about catching chickens with your trusty lasso. Made for the GMTK 2025 Game Jam.
Controls
- Movement: WASD/Arrow Keys
- Aim: Hold Spacebar
- Throw Lasso: Release Spacebar
- Exit Game: Escape Key

this was so much fun! I didn't think needed to catch chickens. I definitely love the base mechanic and art style is lovely too. I had a difficult time fully understanding what to do after i hit a chicken with my lasso and they kept getting loose. maybe a bit more guidance on that part to make it clear that player needs to move in the opposite direction. Other than that I enjoyed it a lot!
